2. Ordering
Orders can be placed online via our website.
Minimum order notice: 48 hours prior to your event or delivery time.
Confirmation: Orders are only confirmed after payment is received and a confirmation email is sent to you.
Changes & Cancellations:
Order changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the order total.
3. Payments
We accept major credit and debit cards as form of payment methods.
Full payment is required at the time of order confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All prices are in U.S. Dollars and do not include Utah state sales tax, which will be applied at checkout.
4. Delivery & Pick-Up
We currently deliver within select areas of Utah. Delivery zones and availability are listed on our website.
Delivery fees may apply based on distance or order size.
We will provide an estimated delivery window, but cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to traffic or weather delays.
5. Allergens & Dietary Requirements
AVC Gourmet On-The-Go LLC offers vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary options upon request.
Despite our best efforts, we cannot guarantee our food is free from allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, or soy.
6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.
We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.
